The Importance of Pillows for a Restful Night's Sleep

Pillows are an important factor in the quality of our sleep. They support the head and neck to allow for a comfortable sleeping position. A good pillow can help prevent tension and pain in the neck area. Additionally, it contributes to the stability of the spine, promoting a healthy posture.
