Shipping and Returns

The item you have requested will be produced especially for you with the utmost care. The production time is 2-3 working days, after which it will be sent immediately to your delivery address.

Upon receipt of the ordered items, we ask you to compare the information on the delivery note with that on the label in the guarantee booklet (last page) before removing the seal or tearing open the protective foil.

Since down duvets and pillows are hygienic articles, they cannot be returned if the seal is broken, or the protective film is damaged.

In any case, the written consent of duvetsuisse.com must be obtained before any returns are made.

Shipping costs and VAT: Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Shipments within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are free of shipping costs. All prices shown in the Swiss webshop include Swiss VAT.

Shipping costs and VAT: EU countries (outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein)

Shipments outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein are subject to a graduated flat-rate shipping fee. The rate is displayed when the order is entered.

The value-added tax of the country concerned is due on delivery to the recipient of the order.
